- Offered legal advice to a container terminal in Mumbai, India, concerning issues arising from the export-import duties policy of the former Government of India. Presented the client’s concerns to the Cabinet Secretary of the Ministry of Commerce
- Provided advice on founding a society in India with the objective of tackling social issues for a specific group of citizens
- Offered legal advice to a CEO regarding their employment agreement with the employing company, including consultation on Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs)
- Advised and represented an offshore construction corporation in defense against financial institutions with regard to loan acceleration and recoveries
- Provided legal guidance and representation for a premier engineering/industrial gears manufacturing corporation in defense against a civil lawsuit initiated by the principal entity due to supply delays and design defects
- Advised a food ingredient manufacturing enterprise on matters pertaining to weights and measures regulations and packaging legislation
- Advised a male employee in defense against a Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) case filed against him
- Provided comprehensive legal guidance to an agricultural collateral management enterprise, initially a startup and now a leading player in the sector that has developed an integrated platform covering the entire agricultural value chain seamlessly connecting producers and consumers from cultivation to consumption. The engagement involved advising on diverse corporate legal matters, including regulatory compliance, contractual structuring, and operational governance
- Advised a leading oil and gas corporation on bank guarantee issues related to exploration work in India
- Represented an offshore construction entity against ONGC in a 17-year arbitral award dispute involving constitutional issues and a claim value of USD 13 million
- Provided legal counsel to Midal Cables, Bahrain, concerning tender and contract issues with an Indian Public Sector Undertaking (PSU)
- Delivered legal advice and representation on behalf of a securities trading enterprise in defense against a customer’s allegation of share non-delivery, and subsequently represented the entity within arbitration proceedings
